Registration Terms

^{PCDSA Member Registration:}

^{Current members in our database are offered a discounted rate. You can sign up for membership for free and apply the discounted conference registration rate after signup.}

^{Student Registration:}

^{Full-time students are eligible for a discounted rate. Evidence of study status may be required at checkout for verification purposes.}

^{GST (Goods and Services Tax):}

^{All prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at the cart.}

^{Refund Policy:}

^{All payments are final, and no refunds can be issued once payment is made, except in the event of conference cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser.}

^{Registration Substitution:}

^{Registrations can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at least 5 working days prior to the event and provide necessary details for the substitution process by emailing admin@pcdsa.com.au}

^{On-Demand Access:}

^{On-demand products, including recordings of sessions, will be accessible for a total period of 3 months once made available. There are no limitations on the number of views within this period.}

^{Live Streaming Access:}

^{Prior to the event, a username, password, and link for live streaming access will be provided to registered attendees. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that their technology meets the requirements for accessing the conference virtually. Technical support may be provided by the organiser to resolve issues on their end, if any, during the event. 3 months access to recordings on demand is included in live streaming registrations.}
